    Mt. Kenya Trekking via Chogoria Route

    Ascend to Point Lenana, third-highest summit in Africa

    Bamboo rain forest, high altitude lakes (tarns), exotic equatorial vegetation and birdlife, alpine meadows, and summit day views as distant as Ethiopia and Kilimanjaro make this Mount Kenya trekking experience one of the most beautiful expeditions in the mountains of East Africa!

    On the Chogoria Route, pass through the Gorges Valley, a major feature with much wildlife in the forest, including monkeys in the trees; safari ant columns crossing the track; and the potential for seeing elephant, buffalo, and leopard, among other mammals.
