Peru is one of the most popular destinations in South America to have both environmental and cultural experiences. But it is big enough and varied enough that you can still find solitude and natural beauty without crowds. We offer special variations on the Inca Trail Trek to Machu Picchu as well as in-depth experiences in the Amazon rainforest. Hike, bird, or explore the Andes from April to December. January to March is the wet season in much of Peru and not ideal for treks. JOURNEYS offer regular group departures as well as private and customized tour arrangements throughout the year.
